Love Made Visible

#WearYourHeartWednesday

Grief can feel invisible. #WearYourHeartWednesday is a simple weekly ritual to say, “I’m carrying someone.” Post a heart, wear a pin, or share a photo—loudly or quietly—and we’ll find each other.

How it works (3 steps)

  1. Wear or share a heart. Use a Grief Heart pin or sticker, or download and print the free heart below.
  2. Post a photo on Wednesday. Add a name, a memory, or simply the heart—no words required.
  3. Tag it so we can gather. Use #WearYourHeartWednesday and #GriefHeartProject.

Prefer quiet? You can just post the heart. Your love still counts.

FAQ

What if I’m not ready to share details? That’s okay. You can post just the heart. We’ll still know you’re carrying someone.

Can I join if my loss was years ago? Yes. Love doesn’t expire. Your person is always welcome here.

What if I’m a supporter? Please join us. Post a heart with “Tell me about them” or “I’m here to listen.”

Do I have to post on Wednesday? Nope. Wednesday helps us find each other, but you can share any day.
